The Jeffmont online shop aims to provide high quality custom designed, fitted, and crafted golf clubs and other high quality golf merchandise to you, the client.
Jeffmont reserves the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in the case of third party unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.
All prices in the Jeffmont online shop are listed in U.S. Dollars. Shipping cost is not included in the price, but Free Shipping is offered on all golf club orders (domestic orders only). All prices and shipping terms are subject to change at any time.
Please note that orders shipped to a Washington State address will incur a 9.6% sales tax. Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your international location and local customs duties. These charges are at the client’s own expense.
For events outside Jeffmont control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, they shall be considered force majeure, meaning that we are released from our obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.
In the U.S.
For all orders within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, we ship via USPS Priority Mail service. This provides for delivery in 1-3 business days depending on your address from our Seattle shop.
While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your custom-crafted clubs within 7-8 business days. This includes 4-5 business days (time needed to complete the custom build of your set) to ship once your order/payment has been verified. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). For processing of non-custom golf merchandise, e.g., headcovers, please allow 1-2 business days and 1-3 business days for shipping.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, which provides an average expected delivery of 6-10 business days to many major markets. Accounting for custom build and shipping time, you should expect your custom-crafted golf clubs to arrive within 10-15 business days following the confirmation and payment of your order. Please be aware that there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country. These potential charges aren’t included in our shipping fees and are your responsibility as the client.
We hope that your purchase will meet or exceed your expectations. We have two different return policies depending on the product category — one for our custom-crafted golf clubs and one for non-custom golf merchandise, e.g., golf club headcovers.
Please note that as Jeffmont golf clubs are all custom-crafted per order, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final. All of our custom-crafted clubs come with a Lifetime Guarantee, and we will also do our best to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your club purchase. If you have a question about or a problem with your clubs, please get in touch with us.
For non-custom golf merchandise, if for some reason you are unhappy with this Jeffmont product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not ship an order back to us without an RA number.
Once you have received your RA number, you are responsible for carefully packaging and shipping the return order back to us with the RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package. The merchandise must be new and unused for a refund to be processed, so please package your return with care. Additionally, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, please consider getting a tracking number for that return shipment.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the client. However, if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs and process a full refund. If this happens please contact us immediately so arrangements can be made.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorize a return if more than 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order.
Sale Item Purchases
All Sale Item Purchases are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges are available on final sale items. Additionally, international orders and items purchased with store credit are Final Sale and ineligible for a refund/return.
